Oris Watches Sponsors Record Setting Carlos Coste

January 15, 2010 – Bahamas – Oris’ free diving partner, Carlos Coste set a new South American record at the AIDA individual world championships wearing an Oris ProDiver Chronograph.  Coste also made 3rd place and a new record with his 110m dive in the Constant Weight category.

Carlos set a new South American record of 215m in the Dynamic with Fins category at the AIDA indoor world championships last summer in Denmark. 

Oris ProDiver Chronograph

The Oris ProDiver Chronograph, model # 01.674.7630.7154-Set features a rotation safety system that is the safest there is for divers.  It is equipped with an automatic winding chronograph, easily visible counter displays and an automatic Helium valve.  Over-sized at 51mm it is water-resistant to 1000 meters or 3,281 feet.

With its titanium case, rubber ceramic minutes scale top ring and black dial this is one handsome watch.  The bracelet is titanium as well with a folding clasp with an extension.

Protected by a sapphire domed anti-reflective crystal and stainless steel screw-in security crown and screw-in pushers, the Oris has a power reserve of 42 hours.  Automatic winding with red rotor included.
